The Cotters have a long history in providing legal services. James P. Cotter (1890-1971) graduated from UB Law School in 1915 and started working as an attorney in Western New York. His son Bill (1930 - 2015), after having completed service in the U.S. Army and working as a contract officer for a large chemical corporation, joined his father in 1961. Immediately after taking the bar exam in 1993, David joined his father. Since the beginning, each has done his best to provide honest service and advice for a reasonable price.
